    By signing up for an Interactive Agent Homes Profile you will have the ability to display just your homes on your own personal web page. You will also have access to a unique set of tools to help you improve and automate much of your customer service activities. We could go on forever on the value, but you should go through this short intro and decide for yourself.
     

  • How do I add my existing virtual tours to InTheHouse.com?
    Posting your virtual tours at InTheHouse.com is as easy as sending us a note and telling our representative the information about the tour. Depending on which company you ordered your tour through there are slightly differing requirements.

    • If you ordered your tour through InTheHouse.com
      You don't have to do anything! We will take care of the order and the posting of your tour to InTheHouse.com and your company site if requested.
    • If you ordered your tour through another Tour Company
      Contact your tour company and have them or yourself send your tour and listing information to support@inthehouse.com - if you have the link to your virtual tour just send it to us and you won't need to contact your tour provider.
    • If you ordered your tour through your Brokerage
      Contact us and/or your Brokerage and have them send your information to support@inthehouse.com - if you have the link to your Virtual Openhouse tour, just send it to us and you won't need to contact your Brokerage IT Department. We work with many of the major brokerages and are familiar with many types of virtual tour technology.

  • What is my website address?
    You actually get more than one website address when you sign on as an Internet Realtor. The site addresses are based on the region that you work in and are interchangeable. For example all of the addresses below will go to the same agents interactive profile: Ask us about your region.

  • What is my InTheHouse.com Email Address?
    As soon as you sign on as an Internet Realtor your "No Limits" email system is automatically activated. Your email address is based on your username that you choose during the sign up process. For example: If your name was Joe Realtor you might have signed up as jrealtor, or joerealtor, etc. Your email address would be jrealtor@inthehouse.com, or possibly joerealtor@inthehouse.com Email can be accessed by clicking on "My InTheHouse E-Mail" when you are logged into your profile.   • How do I change my personal information?
    Personal information can be changed easily 24 hours a day, seven days a week by clicking on "Edit my Profile" when you are logged into the system. (To Login Click on Login to My Profile under Realtor Tools on the left of any page.)
     
  • How do I change my listing information?
    Listing information can be changed easily 24 hours a day, seven days a week by clicking on "Edit an MLS Listing" when you are logged into the system. (To Login Click on Login to My Profile under Realtor Tools on the left of any page.)
     
  • How do I delete a listing?
    Listing information can be deleted easily 24 hours a day, seven days a week by clicking on "Delete an MLS Listing" when you are logged into the system. (To Login Click on Login to My Profile under Realtor Tools on the left of any page.)
     
  • How do I edit an existing listing?
    Listing information can be changed easily 24 hours a day, seven days a week by clicking on "Edit an MLS Listing" when you are logged into the system. If the listing is just on hold for some reason (family visiting, vendor on vacation, etc) there is no need to eliminate it from the system. You can just set the status of the listing as Inactive, and it will not be shown in the listings. When you are ready you can just set it back to Active and everything is business as usual and the listing will once again appear in normal searches. (To Login Click on Login to My Profile under Realtor Tools on the left of any page.)
     
  • What do I do when a house sells?
    Pat yourself on the back and let us know about it. We love to hear about your success stories. Other than that, if you have an InTheHouse.com interactive profile you simply mark the home as sold and a whole chain of events kick into action. The home in question is removed from the general population and placed in your personal "My Sold Homes" area and if you like, pre-selected gifts can be sent to your vendor automatically. (To Login Click on Login to My Profile under Realtor Tools on the left of any page.)
     
  • How do I check my tour and page statistics?
    Interactive profile members have access to their individual page and virtual tour statistics. These agents know exactly how many times a listing is viewed and can set their interactive profile to automatically send this information and much more to their clients on a scheduled interval. Your Custom Vendor Statistics Reports are sent out every Monday morning at 7:00 am. (To Login Click on Login to My Profile under Realtor Tools on the left of any page.)
